Honestly, you can, and for some businesses an agency is the right shout. But for most of the businesses I work with, an agency means paying three times more, dealing with an account manager rather than the person actually building the thing, and waiting a fortnight for small changes. I do the work myself, charge one flat fee, and keep things moving. Less faff, higher quality, faster turnarounds.
