I get your business found on Google by the people who are ready to buy from you. That covers fixing technical problems on your website, creating content that ranks, building your local visibility, and making sure Google understands what you do and where you do it. The end result isn't rankings for their own sake. It's more enquiries.

How are you different from an SEO agency?

With an agency you get account managers, junior staff doing the actual work, and monthly reports designed to justify the retainer. With me you get one experienced specialist, working directly with you, who explains everything in plain English. I take on a small number of clients so every one gets my full attention.

How long does SEO take to work?

Honestly? Months, not weeks. Local improvements often show within two to three months, while competitive national terms take six to twelve. Anyone promising page one in 30 days is selling you something that doesn't exist. That said, my clients have seen 30% enquiry growth within two months when the fundamentals were fixable quickly.

As a rough guide, a one-off SEO audit is the right starting point if you don't know where you stand, and monthly SEO suits established businesses that want steady growth. Do you guarantee first page rankings?

No, and you should run from anyone who does. Nobody controls Google. What I can guarantee is honest advice, work prioritised by commercial impact, and clear reporting on what's improving and why.

Will I understand what you're doing?

Yes, always. My clients tell me this is the thing they value most. One described himself as "an analogue man in a digital world" and still understood every step. If I can't explain something in plain English, I shouldn't be doing it.

Do you only work with local businesses?

No. I'm based in Great Malvern, Worcestershire and love working with local businesses across Worcester and the West Midlands but I also work with clients right across the UK. Everything can be done remotely, though I'm always happy to meet face to face when it's practical.
