Hi, I’m Ollie.

After 25 years operating at director and board level, scaling businesses, managing multi million pound revenue channels and sitting at tables where commercial decisions get made, in 2024 I chose a different path.

Rather than take a full-time role I wanted to create business to bring commercial sales and digital growth expertise to the businesses that needed it most, the fantastic SMEs that power our economy but are so often overlooked.

Fast forward and today we work with small to mid-sized businesses throughout the UK, helping build and deliver both the websites and the wider strategy they need to grow.

And I genuinely love what it. Not in a LinkedIn-post kind of way. In a still-thinking-about-a-solving-a-problem-on-a-Sunday-walk kind of way.

From websites that convert, to search optimisation strategies that generate real enquiries and the wider growth marketing that ties everything back to revenue rather than just reach, at Ollie we advise, design, build and deliver.

We’re a Squarespace Circle Gold Partner, a Semrush approved agency partner and an active member of the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of client projects I hold directorships in several businesses and am a co-founder of Feedback Flows, an AI-powered EdTech platform for higher education. To give back to the local community I offer a free advisory programme for young and early-stage founders and serve as digital support for Worcester Street Kitchen, a local charity I'm proud to assist.

I say all of that not to reel off a CV, but because it really matters. When we sit down with a client to solve a problem we’re not theorising from the latest marketing playbook, we’re drawing on what I've seen work and fail across a wide range of businesses of all sizes and sectors.

I am passionate about helping people build businesses for growth and I've found that today getting the commercial and digital foundations right is usually the fastest route to making that happen.
