Feedback Flows
Feedback Flows is an EdTech platform built for UK schools and multi-academy trusts. It streamlines how teachers capture, share and act on feedback, freeing up time that would otherwise disappear into admin.
I co-founded the business and serve as revenue officer across sales and marketing. My role covers go-to-market strategy, sales pipeline development, and building the commercial foundations needed to scale across the UK education sector.
It's a business with a clear purpose: give teachers and tutors their time back so they can focus on the work that matters.
Paper & Polythene Direct
Paper & Polythene Direct is a UK distributor supplying CHSA accredited paper hygiene consumables and polythene disposables direct by the full pallet. The model cuts out the middleman so customers, typically councils, schools, hotels, healthcare facilities and logistics operations, get genuine savings on the volumes they actually use.
I joined as co-founder to build the commercial engine. That covers positioning, sales process, and the digital marketing systems needed to drive consistent pipeline in a market where most buyers are still going through traditional distributors out of habit.
Stickers & Decals
I founded Stickers & Decals in 2018 and the business is now run independently, with me retaining an ongoing input on direction and strategy. It’s a small e-commerce operation supplying custom stickers and decals to both consumers and businesses across the UK. A focused product, a clean operation, and a good example of how a simple idea executed well can build a sustainable business.
I stay involved because I enjoy it, and because keeping a hand in e-commerce keeps me close to the realities my clients face every day.
Apex Canopies
Apex Canopies designs and installs premium outdoor canopy structures for residential and commercial properties across the UK. Every canopy is built to handle the realities of British weather, combining architectural design with robust engineering to create outdoor spaces that get used all year round, not just on the handful of days the sun makes an appearance.
My remit covers digital strategy and the systems needed to turn online enquiries into consumer orders, all built around the design-led, quality-first positioning that sets the brand apart.
Composite Decks
Composite Decks is a British manufacturer of premium composite decking, supplying homeowners and trade customers across the UK direct from the factory. The boards are engineered to handle the realities of British weather, with UV-stabilised colour, splinter-free construction and a finish designed to look as good in year ten as it does on day one.
My remit covers digital strategy and the systems needed to turn online enquiries into confirmed orders, all built around the British-made, direct-from-manufacturer positioning that sets the brand apart.
