1. Website design and build

From £2,950, priced as a project.

A website designed around your business and your customers, built fast and clean, and made to rank from day one. SEO foundations are baked in from the start rather than bolted on as an expensive afterthought.

Every build includes design, copywriting in plain English, on-page SEO foundations, and your Google launch: Business Profile setup or tidy-up, Search Console, analytics and local listings, so the site is found from the moment it goes live. Click-to-call and enquiry forms throughout, and a full handover so you're never held hostage to your own website. You own everything.

Most projects are live within four to six weeks. I'll give you a fixed price for your project after our first conversation, and that's the price.

The starting point for most of my clients.

2. Ongoing management

From £500 monthly.

Launch is the start, not the finish. I stay on to manage your website and your visibility on Google, and I report in enquiries, orders and jobs, not jargon.

For businesses that win work in a defined local patch, plans start from £500 a month: local pages that rank, Google Business Profile management, review growth, content written for your trade, and technical upkeep.

For businesses selling across a region or the whole UK against bigger and better funded competitors, plans start from £1,500 a month and add full content strategy, competitor tracking, authority building, and quarterly strategy reviews measured against your commercial targets. The battle is tougher at this level, so before you commit I'll show you the realistic route in.

Rolling monthly after an initial three months, because that's how long this genuinely takes to show, and I'd rather lose a sale than pretend otherwise.

Why my clients stay for years.

3. Audit and action plan

£950, one-off fee.

If your current website is fundamentally sound, or you want to know exactly where you stand before spending anything bigger, start here. A full, plain-English review of why your website isn't bringing in work and exactly what to fix, prioritised by what will win jobs rather than technical severity.

You get a written report you'll actually understand, a prioritised action plan, and a one-hour call to walk through it together. Use it to brief me, brief someone else, or do it yourself. It's yours either way. And if we go on to work together, the fee comes off your first invoice.

The right starting point if you don't know where you stand.

The small print in plain English

No lock-ins. Monthly plans roll month to month after the initial three. Clients stay because it works, not because paperwork traps them.

You own everything. Your website, domain, content, accounts and data stay yours, whatever happens. Always.

One price, no extras. The fee is the fee. If something genuinely outside scope comes up, you'll get a price before any work, never after.

Paid ads are separate. If we ever run Google Ads, the ad spend goes straight from you to Google. I don't mark it up and I don't touch it.

Fixed means fixed. Website projects are quoted as a single fixed price before we start. If you change the brief, we agree the difference before any work, never after.

VAT: all prices exclude VAT.

Let’s do the sums with your own numbers

Start a conversation and bring your average job value. I'll tell you honestly whether a new website stacks up for your business, and which of these, if any, is the right route. If it doesn't stack up, I'll tell you that too.
